Bright’s hope for tomorrow

Bright Amankwa came to Britain from Ghana in 1999 to study at Capernwray Bible School, Carnforth, followed by two years at Mattersey Hall Bible College.
He gained a BTh (Hons) and now works in an Assemblies of God church in Glasgow while completing his MA in Theology.
When that is done and he is ordained he will return to Ghana to open a nursery school, health clinic, and to establish agricultural projects

to enable small crop farms to assist local families and provide training in animal husbandry.
He has formed an organisation called Nehemiah Global Ministries to enable the dream to be fulfilled. Among the directors of

the trust are Colin Scholes and Craig Walsh from Mount Zion - the church has helped to fund much of his training.
The trust has bought land in Brong Ahafo region of Ghana, at Techimantia.
