The new school block opened in September with 46 pupils

to enable small crop farms to assist families and provide training in animal husbandry.
Nehemiah Global Ministries - the title of the mission - includes as directors Colin Scholes and Craig Walsh from Mount Zion - the church helped fund much of his training.
The trust bought

land in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana, at Techimantia on which a well has been drilled to provide clean water and the first three-classroom school block has been completed, and opened for nursery and primary pupils in September 2011.
