The annual holiday club took place in the church each morning in August. There was a sporting theme to link in with the Olympic Games, the title “Champion’s Challenge”.

Over fifty young people took part during the course of the week and the church had a display of sporting equipment and national flags.

A great time was had by children and adult helpers, with activities, games, songs, quizzes, craft work and a Bible based video. Each day the three teams competed and displayed their group work in a final parade.

Thanks to all the helpers and parents but most of all the young people for a terrific holiday fun week.
