Saturday prayer time...

Our trying season.

Saturday 1st July 2017

Saturday prayer time.

Where are we? In Gods house.

Something to think about. Psalm 122:

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord. ”

Lets think about- “being in Gods presence....”

Lord, I come to you, Let my heart be changed, renewed,

Flowing from the grace That I found in you.
And, Lord, I've come to know The weaknesses I see in me

Will be stripped away by the power of your love.

Hold me close, Let your love surround me,

Bring me near, Draw me by your side;
And as I wait, I'll rise up like the eagle, And I will soar with you; Your spirit leads me on In the power of your love.

Lord, unveil my eyes, Let me see you face to face,

The knowledge of your love As you live in me.

Lord, renew my mind As your will unfolds in my life,

In living every day In the power of your love.

Remember the times Jesus has been with you?

In the quiet time, lets ask the Holy spirit to remind us of all the times Jesus has carried us through seasons and events. Lets imagine Him being that close to us now, with that beautiful warm loving smile on His face, and know He and His Father love us and are so excited for us that they want to be involved in our lives every day!

How can we spread this love?

Now lets spend some time praying how we can pass this love on. How can we share it? Lets ask the Holy spirit to prompt us in this quiet time.

Lets think about the people in our Church, and what they are going through.

Lets pray for the people who are suffering from health related problems, cancer, injuries, illness and operations.

Lets ask the Lord to help those walking through hard times and hard situations.

Lets remember to pray for those who have lost friends, family and loved ones.

Lets think about those on their own, and those who are lonely.

Could we choose a couple of people to pray for each day during July, for the Lords help and healing for them. To see and feel our Fathers love and hope and dreams for each, that will transform their lives.

Why not use this space to write down peoples names to remember to pray for during this month of July?
